Looked and smelled clean on arrival. Lovely big caravan, nice big living area with clean and comfy seating and large TV. Dining area adequate, and a well prepared kitchen with large fridge freezer. Nice location, friendly site and close to the beach. Bedrooms were clean, beds comfy for most of us. Bathrooms were clean, shower was good.

    The property was clean and spacious. It was in a quieter area of the caravan park and close to all amenities. The kids club and amusements were a 5 min walk, and the beach is approx 10 minute walk away. Supermarket is approx 5 min walk away. Plenty of parking. Hosts were very accommodating for additional costs for the kids.

    lovely caravan just as pictured perfect for our family break, lovely & cosy in the bad weather lots of entertainment for all ages we took a two year old there was a kids club in the morning , soft play inside were the family entertainment was, swimming, arcades, park , live entertainment & a short walk to the beach everything was great you have to pay extra for passes & swimming & book swimming 48 hours in advance not negatives just to let people know

    The caravan was lovely, it was very clean with everything we needed to cook there. It is a beautiful caravan in a great location. Easy to get to Skegness and ingoldmells market. The facilities on the campsite are great value for money. We had evening entertainment for £3 a head, and used the large swimming pool with slides for £4 an adult. In all we had a great holiday, it was a shame to leave.
