The hotel and facilities were wonderfully clean. The breakfast was excellent, and dishes in the hotplate were refilled regularly. The gym and spa facilities were amazing. We used them twice a day.

Breakfast was plentiful and lovely (one let down was they no longer did the no-sugar added Alpen). Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff Abbie, Neil and Amelia and Roy very friendly and helpful, and Rose as always brights up the day with her personality and friendly ways. The building has such a rustic, young neighbourhood vibe that made me feel youthful again. The bar area on the ground floor is the perfect place to meet up with friends or chill with a book and a hot drink. We loved being able to make our own dinner in our apartment and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils.CeriYoung couple
