Brilliant hotel, perfectly located for everything you might want to do in Cheltenham. Wonderful rooms, friendly helpful staff. We often visit to go to a theatre show and the Ivy Restaurant which are both in easy walking distance

I’ve stayed here a twice now and can’t fault it. The price is more than reasonable, the attention to detail is fantastic (exceptional quality pillows, bedsheets, towels, bathroom fixtures, in-room snacks, and more), and the bars/restaurants are lovely places to be on a weekend. One of my favourite hotels in the UK!
