My wife and I spent two nights at the hotel during August. The hotel is one of those with the doors to the rooms opening to a walkway on the outside of the building. Expectations were honestly rather low as we checked in. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was cleaned for us every day. Our experience is that when staying multiple days, most hotels will leave it to you to straighten the room and make the bed until you check out. These guys were the exception. The location of the hotel was very close to Niagara Falls

View of the Falls was spectacular... I was so thankful I upgraded the room to see the Falls. The staff were incredible and very kind from the moment we stepped on the property! Upon checking in our reservation was made for dinner at Milestones. Our meal was incredible. I have been to milestones before in other cities, however, having a view of Niagara Falls was a bonus. The food and service was excellent! The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The Falls were colorful at night just beautiful.

Location was fine and not far from the falls. Small parking lot. Bed was really comfortable. No traces of bugs. (I answered no to the romantic question, because when I think of somewhere romantic, I think more of a Hotel. This place could be a “romantic” spot. It’s truly depends on how you make it. 🥰) For us we booked months in advice and Niagara Falls was our halfway point to our destination. Seeing Niagara Falls and having a decent place to crash was a bonus to our vacation.

I really appreciated the attention to details in the apartment (modern clean kitchen and interior decor). It's the cleanest booking apartment I've stayed in. The host was so nice and got us a complimentary white wine to enjoy our stay. Best is the security of the area so I felt safe. It's less than 10 mins drive close proximity to Niagara falls top tourist locations. I'll definitely recommend this luxury yet affordable stay to anyone. Beautiful place.

We loved the budget price and, even better, that there were no additional surprise fees at the hotel when we got there. Free parking, a comfortable and clean bed, free good wifi, breakfast included. We found it easy to get to, and quiet enough for a great night's sleep. It was everything we hoped for and we are very happy we booked at the Glengate. The Glengate will definitely be our first choice of a hotel the next time we need one in Niagara Falls. Thank you!

While I misunderstood the correct price of the upgrade, I'm very happy that we splurged on a room with a view of the falls. The sound of the falls soothed us to sleep in an exceptionally comfy bed in our clean, spacious room. I followed the advice of a Niagara Falls reviewer to spend the money on a good hotel and glad that I did. The men working the valet were a hoot & gave us many good ideas for our stay. Hotel seemed fully staffed & well-trained.

The place is located far enough from the Niagara Falls center to need public transport or a car, so you can take a bus (direct) just in front of the hotel and you will be there in 20 min. You can take the car too but it can be tricky to park the car during high season in the hotel parking lot and even in Niagara Falls area. Outside there are a few places to eat and a kind of an outdoor shopping mall to enjoy by the end of the day. Is a calm neighborhood.

Very good location for visiting the Niagara Falls. you can walk to the falls on the USA side, or simply walk across the border to visit the Canadian side. Hotel has a lot of facilities, including pool, 3x restaurant and 3x bars (2 of them in the casino), casino, and easy (free or valet) parking. They even have their own (grocery)shop with breakfast takeaway, drinks and daily used items. The room was large, with comfortable beds.

I loved that the property is walking distance to the falls. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The way the staff treated me the first time I stayed here (2022), is a big reason on why I came back. They are so professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Niagara Falls, Canada.

The Hotel overall is nice! it is in a good location near Niagara Falls in a nice, safe neighborhood with good restaurants and cafés nearby! recommended for families... The room we got is a family room, nicely distributed and overall clean and comfortable, it had 2 double beds and a separate room with 1 king bed, breakfast was ok, what you would normally get in the US for the paid price!

We stayed at the 15th floor facing the falls. Nice scenic view of the American and Bridal falls from the room. The Horseshoe Falls was not directly visible but could still see the spray from it. Nice, spacious room with 2 double beds. (We were 2 adults and 2 kids). Comfy beds. Loads of eating places nearby. Niagara Falls is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very clean room, bonus extra large tub with jets! Nice view of the Niagara Falls, and the fridge in the room was excellent! Everyone in the hotel was friendly, checking in was great and fast! The TV had all of the lastest channels, not we we watch TV during the stay but was great to watch in the morning. I would go back to this hotel in the future!

Hotel at Niagara Falls (US side). This hotel is the best solution for visiting the falls due to its location (5/10 minutes by the Canadian border on walking). Good breakfast (you choose the day before what to eat). Rooms very clean, beds comfortable and big bathroom. I hope to visit again the falls and I will stay at The Giacomo

When lying in the Jacuzzi and you look up the the light cover had bugs in them. The public pool (Jacuzzi) was under construction. So the heated pool was freezing and not working. Niagara Falls is the only hotel i stay at that ask for tips (an envelope on the desk).

The fact that I was right next to the Niagara Falls was truly a memorable experience. Everything was so close by to us that we could just easily walk around. I told my wife that I fully intend on coming back to this hotel whenever we're in Canada.

Hotel is located above the Falls. Gives an excellent view of Niagara Falls Room is small but comfortable. Hotel valet car parking is off-site at $40 per day but local car park is available nearby for $20.00 over night. .

Hotel is very decent and it’s worked well for me. I am happy with location and price! Was able to rest and keep going Plenty of restaurants near by and walking distance to Niagara Falls Would recommend to book in this price range

The location is very convenient to the Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. The room is extremely comfortable, especially the bathroom has dry and wet area separately so that I can clean my face while another friend uses the shower room.

Location is really good, walkable from niagara falls park. Hotel is well maintained and rooms very spacious. Swimming pool is a bonus! Staff was helpful with extending the booking without any hassle.

Location is good and Niagara falls was 15 minutes walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast was very good and had many options. Hotel staff was cooperative.
