La Casa has all the amenities that you would care about like aircon, clean spacious rooms, plus a rooftop lounge where you can have breakfast or a sunset tea with an ocean view, but what really makes the difference is the staff and the owner Mesho. While I was there a power cut affected 400km of the Egyptian coast including Marsa Alam. Mesho came from Cairo and went way beyond what was needed to ensure this would affect us the least. In the end it is really the helpfluness and friendlyness of the people that make us want to come back.

This hotel is super! the highlight of our stay was the staff and the management who were extremely nice and offered the maximum hospitality. we were greeted by the hotel manager and he guided through the hotel premises by himself. The hotel is perfect for families and friends who would like to enjoy Marsa Alam and the red sea. The room was spacious with spectacular view and super clean also. This hotel is highly recommended with no doubt or second thoughts. I will definitely be back for another visit. KUDOS to their staff and manager

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. We loved our stay in the Hilton Nubia in Marsa Alam, the location is dreamy having most certainly the best house reef I have ever seen! From the get go we felt welcomed by the super friendly personnel at the front desk. In general, all employees were very friendly and always ready to help. I'm very picky with my bed and have some allergies which I mentioned by the booking. Everything met my expectations and I thank you everyone involved. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hotel to come back. Thank you!

One of the best hotels in marsa alam. It has a long coral reef where you can snorkel any time of the day, it’s a very special spot for snorkeling and diving as well. The food is very nice and there’s always a variety specially the dinner. Also cleanliness is super. What’s really special about the hotel is the staff, they are all very very friendly and hospitable, and they do their best and more to make you comfortable and happy. Special thanks to Shaheen! Definitely wouldn’t be my last visit.

Our stay at Portofino Hotel in Marsa Alam was amazing! The staff were always smiling, helpful, and outstanding. The resort facilities, including the food, pools, aqua park, and restaurants, were great. I especially appreciated the assistance provided by Mr. Ali at the reception. He made the check-in and check-out processes smooth and easy. The kids were very happy, and we had an overall fantastic experience. Thank you, Portofino, for this amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

The staff were very nice. There was a misunderstoond when we arrived but they managed to adapt to us. They prepared the breakfast even when we had to wake up very very early. The apartment was big, and very comfortable. It is not neither in the town nor on the beaches where you can have swim, but it's in the middle, so there is no big distances in car and you can even go by walk to the town. If we go back to Marsa Alam we would stay at Reef House again

Awesome hostel and B&B in the town of Marsa Alam. The hostel features an amazing rooftop where to relax and a lovely common area with a nice kitchen. Omar, the owner, is an amazing host! He welcomed us warmly and gave us the best tips about Marsa Alam. We also booked some nice tours through him, which I recommend to do! He was super friendly and kind with us and also helped us with transfer when leaving Marsa Alam. We had such a great stay!

The place is wonderful, the reservations and reception team is excellent, and I especially thank Mr. Hazem, he and his team are very cooperative. The place has a snorkeling walkway, and there are beautiful coral reefs that you can see in the sea without going to a cruise, and there is a beautiful animation team and various shows at night after dinner. I recommend this hotel to visitors to Marsa Alam and you will not need to leave it

The staff is very helpful and polite as all jaz staff. Its my third stay at jaz hotels and the second here at madinet coraya and i respect jaz management so much.food is amazing and tasty.aqua park is great. Rooms big and clean.alot of pools and beautiful sandy beach safe for children and also wonderful for snorkeling with amazing location at coraya bay which is the most beautiful spot in marsa alam.animation team is active.

Very quiet location, in front of the sea, with fantastic view of the reef. Very good location if you plan to take boat trip to the house of dolphins because the port is just a short walk. Place was clean for Egyptian standards. Kitchen was equiped with fridge, stove, microvawe and electric kettle, but few utensils. However eating out in the town of Marsa Alam is very cheap with variety of restaurants, so we never cooked.

I truly enjoyed the quietness of this hotel, no families with kids, mostly divers only. No mass tourism, no buffets where people eat all day because it's free but instead a freshly prepared meal - the same for everybody. Staff are extraordinary (reception, restaurant, dive center). This is a hidden gem in Marsa Alam. Dive center is the best I ever had, very caring and kind staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a good location, excellent services, privacy, courteous staff with the professional managing of Mr. Alaa, overall the hotel is excellent hygiene, well organised, food is tasty with a high quality, very good value for money. A well equipped comfy room, clean, overlooking the wide garden and the sea. It's not our first time here, very recommend in marsa alam and quseir. Thanks all!

My host, Ahmed was the highlight. He is friendly, welcoming, and a very interesting person. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything required (including a fully stocked kitchen, and a fruit and goodies basket). The Wifi worked well and I could see the sea from my apartment. I had the most relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again on my next Marsa Alam visit.

Used this lovely hotel as a base to explore the Red Sea coast and Luxor. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is big and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. Mohammed will help you with everything like tours and a transfer to the airport for a fair price. The centre of Marsa Alam is a 20 minute walk. Taxi easy to arrange.

the hotel is great , but , it is in the ,middle between Hurghada and Marsa Alam , you must have private car with you if you like to around , the hotel is large wide great , but the room has 2 types of rooms , the nearest to the reception is old and has old type TV , the most problem for me it is very far

If you're going to Egypt, don't skip it !!! Marsa Alam is a little paradise, preserved from mass tourism. The beach is only 5 min walk from the ecolodge. The government protects the coat so the coral is just beautiful there + a lot of turtles ! Fady is the nicest host I've met in Egypt !

It's a beautiful place in Marsa Alam! Very chill and calm place, with beach views from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice We had to dive our last day, and they let us do a late check out in the afternoon :) When we come back to Marsa Alam, we know where we will stay

We got a huge comfy bed with a view of the garden and pools. Good food. Super value for the money. Surprisingly there is a amazing reef for snorkelling in front, we spotted murenas and squids. Better than snorkelling spots in Marsa Alam and Hurghada. Really clean water.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, coral reefs on the hotel’s beach is amazing. Good value for money. The greenery is amazing. Cozy small hotel. Good diving center. Location is far from Marsa Alam by 100+ kilos, yet closer to trips like Sataye dolphin reef.
