One of the best accommodations we've stayed at, considering the price. The location is amazing - beach is 50m away, the city center with loads of restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, there's a supermarket 2 minutes away, the bus station can be reached in 15 minutes, from where you can get to Tossa/Blanes/even Barcelona. The apartment is spacious - big bedroom with huge, comfy bed, and there's a living room/kitchen/dining room as well. We couldn't have picked a better base for our Costa Brava trip :)

The apartment is in a former luxury hotel right with panoramic sea views, free sun chairs, and pool. The views from the apartment could not be beat! The main bed downstairs was very comfortable and the apartment itself is fresh and well maintained. Our host, Paloma also kindly allowed us to check in early on the day of our arrival and sent beach towels upon request. My family also appreciated the kitchen and convenient parking on the property. Cap Sa Sal was one of the highlights of our Costa Brava trip and we would gladly stay here again.

After reading the reviews on Booking, I thought it would be a good hotel to visit during our trip. The hotel is on a charming small street, and it is waterfront. The days were very sunny and pleasant. It is located close to great Costa Brava hiking places and small towns. The restaurant manager is very passionate about his job and tried to remedy a few things that went wrong, see described below. The tall man at the reception was very attentive and explained to us how to find parking and buy swimsuits for the sauna. We enjoyed the sauna.

The hotel is mark as a 5 starts hotel, probably because the size of the room, but the staff is highly unprofessional and not really welcoming. The hotel is poorly decorated, really tacky. The restaurant is very expensive, even if the breakfast was not bad.The good part is the view on the beautiful Costa Brava Cala, and the spa in the hotel. It was really disappointing experience for the price we paid, you expect a better service. Not worth it the money, and to the beautiful Cala you can go without being in this hotel.

Our family was lucky to discover this hotel during our road trip. Kind and helpful hotel staff, breathtaking and mesmerizing seaside view that captures the very essence of the Costa Brava coastline, the hotel itself and our room is modern yet has character of traditional Spanish architecture, full-filling gourmet dinner and breakfast buffet, we got a good nights rest hearing the calming ocean waves. Our family would like to thank everyone at the Santa Marta Hotel, hopefully we get a chance to visit again soon!

Very easy to get to with a car, it´s possible to park on the street where the resort is. If you arrive after the check-in hours at reception, there is a machine to check-in. There is a mercadona, aldi and lidl a few minutes away by car. L´Escala itself is very nice, but it is also well located to visit different calas/beaches along the costa brava without spending a lot of time in the car. The apartment is equipped with all that it´s necessary. We would like to repeat :)

Very nice location, convenient for exploring Costa Brava and north of Spain by car. Located on outskirts of scenic medieval city, nice views out the window. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Closed territory with children's playgound and a public playground within 3min walk. Shop nearby. And the most important - super welcoming and warm hearted host, 10/10. Apartment equipped with everything needed and warm even in December. Very good price performance.

This hotel had everything I wanted for an enjoyable vacation at the beach in Fosca, Costa Brava. The rooms were clean, comfortable , air conditioned with daily maid service. The breakfast was a varied and delicious buffet and the evening meal also delicious. There was also a pool and the hotel was a short stroll to the beach. I have only good things to say about Hotel Ancora and would love to come back to the Costa Brava and Hotel Ancora.,

Historic building near the town centre. A quick walk up to the castle for amazing views. Great base for exploring the Costa Brava. Friendly staff and great breakfast! Room was clean and hotel is well kept. Check-in process was easy. We didn’t have any issues parking our car in the lot they recommended. It was free (we travelled mid May) and a just a short walk away. Highly recommend staying in a room with a terrace!

This hotel is located right on the beach and has beautiful views. It is a short walking distance to the village center. It has family rooms which can host up to five people which is great. The parking is free, which is unusual in this area. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel feels 'generous' which is an added bonus. I will try to find a room in this hotel again next time i visit Costa Brava.

We loved the large balcony that had windows for use if needed. The kitchen had really good oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The location was very convenient for exploring the coastal Costa Brava. It was a great apartment to spend time in. Our stay was comfortable and quiet and we would have loved to stay longer. Definitely a "return to" if we are travelling in that are in the future.

The hotel is perfectly located on the one of the best beaches in Costa Brava. Safe and well kept peaceful and beautiful place, surrounded by amazing nature, walking paths, just a short walk from L’Escala with all its charming restaurants and bars. I love this hotel, it’s our second getaway here and it’s a great experience! It’s also dog-friendly so we could take our chihuahua with us.

This is just a most awesome boutique hotel. Roses doesn't do itself justice in the photos and this hotel is one block from the beach in a nice quiet and safe area. It was decorated tastefully and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The breakfast was amazing and the highlight. The staff are so friendly. We stayed two nights. If we go to costa brava again we will stay here a week.

Secluded location, perfect for the ultimate relax and enjoy the best of Costa Brava. Hotel had two pools (one small - very nice) near the ten rooms. and one large pool (as part of the apartment complex). Sa Tuna is a nice 15 minute walk and well worth it. Easy walk for most people but many stairs. Romeo is the resident pooch, he’s senior but still welcomes every guest :)

This is our second time staying at these apartments in Costa Brava. The apartments feel new, are very clean and well appointed. The views and outdoor spaces are spectacular. There is paddle tennis next door, which is a fun thing to do with the family. It's an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants are open in Platja D'Aro in the off season.

Apartment was spacious and location was good. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and good grocery store nearby. Centrally located for us to visit Figueres and Costa Brava. Parking (€5 per night) was very secure, but suitable only for a very small car. Washing machine and drying rack was nice for us because we were traveling for several weeks.

Que Hotel is in a beautiful place, far away from all the traffic and noises, perfect place to disconnect. Although it‘s in the country side it‘s very close to our favorit places in Costa Brava like Palafrugell and Peratallada. The breakfast outside was amazing, the rooms are very clean. The whole team was exceptionally nice and helpful.

We are a family with 2 and we had a great stay at this apartment, the location its perfect it has front street view and so much natural light, has parking, wifi, modern tv and pretty much everything you need, all very clean. We definitely found a stay at Costa Brava! Host is friendly&professional, will meet you when you arrive.

Perfectly located studio apartment in L'escala. Around a 2km walk to L'escala old town along the gorgeous promenade meant that our location felt local and quiet. Free parking and well equipped kitchen for self catering. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long vacation in the Costa Brava with Estudio Rosimar as our base.

The position was amazing. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay there. It was very central to the both north and south of the Costa Brava to explore by car. Shops were a 4 minute walk away and restaurants were just below the building on the foreshore.
