What a gem! This apartment is the ideal place to stay when exploring the Alsace region. It is clear that a great deal of time, thought and love was put into every detail. The decor in the apartment is stylish, unique, and functional. It is well equipped with modern amenities but also full of local charm. The host was very friendly and informative. He met us personally upon our arrival and gifted us a bottle of local wine. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m visiting the area.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. Excellent location in the center of town. Room was small, but sufficient. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to store our perishable purchases (hint). Didn't choose the additional breakfast, but did have coffee which was good. As the Rathaus (next to the hotel) is currently getting a facelift parking was more difficult though manageable. All in all a very nice stay in a town that we never miss when touring through Alsace.

We loved everything about our stay, and can't wait to come back someday! Such a beautiful and well-maintained chateau, we loved our room, bathroom, walking the grounds, and relaxing and sipping Alsatian wine on the back patio behind it. Breakfast had everything we could want for a stay in France, and we were happy that it was an easy walk to town to grab dinner if we didn't feel like driving. A great place to stay while you explore the lower part of the Alsace Wine Road like we were. Thank you for having us!

Excellent traditional apartment well equipped with everything you could need to self cater. Washing machine a bonus. Location exceptional in heart of small village, but very quiet when windows closed. Views are enchanting. Close to all amenities and village is well placed to explore Alsace region. We couldn't fault the apartment or the staff who engaged well, despite language difference. Secure parking a short distance away. Would highly recommend to anyone who is lucky enough to visit this great region

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Altbau apartment in Riquewihr! The place was very clean and offered a truly unique experience, staying in a traditional Alsace house. The hosts were really polite, answering all our questions and providing helpful instructions. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals in. Overall, we had a very cozy evening and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the charm of Riquewihr in a comfortable, authentic setting!

This cottage made me feel like home, I absolutely recommend to book this place if you want to see the countryside of France and if you plan to visit Alsace region of France. The owner was very kind with us, he gave us a bottle of local wine for a welcome visit and showed us the list of what we should do during our stay. We had a studio for two and it was so cozy with Christmas decorations and the view to the beautiful village Ribeauville. We definitely will be back and stay here again!!!

Amazing renovated hotel - ART DECOR or - if you wish - JUGENDSTIL. Obviously built in year 1910 - in those days L'Alsace was part of Germany - and renovated 100 years later. In the Hotel Lobby you can enjoy beautiful decor and beautiful collectibles, very tasteful. The people at the Reception were professional and helpful. Breakfast was a buffett which had its price, any waiter wasn't visible.... Hotel's Underground parking 100m away, secured. Location just in the Center.

very quit and nice Apartment in good condition... free parking is close to the apartment about 5 minutes walking distance. given the location almost in the heart of he city this is very good. We used this as a starting point to explore Strassburg, Colmar, Mulhouse and the small town in Alsace area. The drive to Mulhouse (for Cite du Train and Schlump car museum) was approx. 1.5 hours which was the farthest point we explored. We would rent this place again if we come back to the area.

Great location, easy to visit the Alsace Wine Route from here. It was pleasure to stay in a beautifully restored apartment. The hosts obviously built out this space with much love & care. Every attention to detail was made for our comfort. It was clean and very well equipped. There’s plenty of parking very close to the apartment. Lots of small touches to make you feel at home. Everything was of first class quality & generous quantity. We would stay here again.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in, in the center of Obernai , very special and had a great staff. By mistake I ordered extra room and they cancelled without payment. The hotel is a cozy beautiful with clean beautiful rooms. The big quadruple rooms were very special and great. Obernai is one of the most beautiful villages in the Alsace and full of action during night. And this hotel located exactly in the center of Obernai.

Apartment is large and clean. Free street parking available right outside in quiet neighbourhood. Guide books/flyers on things to do in and around Colmar and the region were provided, which was a nice touch. Host communicated well and provided us with video instructions on how to find and enter the apartment. A fan was available, as well as free wifi. Good location to visit Strassbourg, Colmar and the Alsace in general.

We loved this quiet apartment just a short walk from the town square. It made for a great stay in Kaysersberg during the Christmas markets with our kids. Clean, cozy, and tucked right into the cobbled streets. This is my third stay in Alsace and I’m so glad we chose Kaysersberg at Christmas. It was bustling but less crowded than Riquewihr, Eguisheim and Colmar, but every bit as charming. Just look at our photos!

The house is located in a beautiful and quiet place just 300 meters away from the center of Eguisheim. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and Alsace traditional cake. The place is perfect for family stay. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Actually, in real life, it looks even better than on the pictures. Thank you Christine, Thierry and Jules for your hospitality! We had a great time.

The location is great, very close to the castle and a woods nearby for trekking. View from apartment is amazing. Apartment and kitchen is very well equipped and convenient, even at some small details. The host is very kind and helpful. Very easy to recover and return the keys. Love the experience and my kids ask to go back to the same apartment next time we visit Alsace again!

The apartment was superb. Beautifully presented - comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Remy and Helene were wonderful hosts, kind and generous, nothing was too much for them. The freshly baked croissants and pastries each morning were wonderful! We would highly recommend staying at Gite les oiseaux if you are visiting the Kayserberg region of Alsace.

The location of the apartment was perfect with an easy walk to everything in Colmar and an easy drive to the Alsace towns. It was spotless, very comfortable and had everything that we could possibly need. Parking was at a convenient location a short walk away. Flavia, the host, left a bottle of wine was very much appreciated.

Good central location and thus easy to get out in Obernai, good breakfast with many options, staff are friendly and helpful in finding possible places to eat in Obernai, good parking option close to the hotel. Definitely a hotel we will use next time the trip goes to Alsace.

We loved the location, little pool and sauna. Hotel was super clean and breakfast was good. Views of vines around hotel and town were lovely. It was a short walk to town and fantastic location to explore other Alsace towns. Kouglopf and Cie boulangerie was superb!

Hotel worth price! Nice breakfast and friendly people. Accommodation is located in beautiful small town in Alsace. You can have a nice little walk. You can go to several Restaurant by foot. There are several wineries where you can buy local nice wines as well.

Definitely the biggest asset is the hotel’s location and the easiness of accessing Strasbourg city centre. To me Hotel d’Alsace is a perfect place where you get everything you need- comfy bed, spacious room, breakfast, parking space. We will be back for sure.
