Fantastic Hosts, Exceptionally Helpful from start to finish. Beautiful clean and spotless property located centrally in the New Forest. Equipped with every think that you need while away from home. A lovely welcome package in the kitchen was a fantastic surprise on our arrival and greatly appreciated. Apartment was welcoming and comfortable with parking for 1 car at the rear. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. We had been looking at this hotel online, and on speaking to friends they said they stayed at this hotel and would recommend it. This recommendation confirmed our decision to book this hotel. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Food was excellent, and could not be faulted. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel allowed us to walk into Burley and gave us direct access on to the New Forest. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great. Close to where and what we needed. Looks lovely at night and the view was nice across the new forest. Woke up to horses in the fields. Room very clean and bathroom very clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the tree and lobby area felt super Xmassy. Hotel bar good atmosphere. Didn’t have much contact with staff, so can’t really comment. A lot of tea and coffee and a small Tea pot was a nice addition. For a small basic room the view was really nice.

Having spent several 100s nights per year in big international hotel brands it was refreshing to experience this family owned 26 room coaching Inn. Perfectly situated within 3-4 minutes drive from the M27 yet walking distance to beautiful parts of the New Forest. Exceptional restaurant for both breakfast and evening meals; taken in the dog friendly bar. Will stay here again and most certainly stop for a cup of their wonderful coffee.

I stayed here with my son and dog. We had a triple room which was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. A cooked breakfast every morning and even for our dog Max who had a sausage for each morning!! Staff here are so friendly and it was lovely to find a hotel that is so dog friendly. A great location to explore the New Forest. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Lyndhurst and all within walking distance.

Hotel was perfectly located for my Son and I to do a long walk in the New Forest - Lyndhurst to Brockenhurst and back. It is obvious the hotel needs a little bit of TLC but that shouldn't take away from the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We had a friendly welcome and staff were courteous thought-out. Our bedroom was comfortable.

The apartment was very stylish, nicely presented and very clean. The location was great, all shops and amenities just around the corner and it was a great location to explore the New Forest. There was parking and a lovely welcome box. The property owner was friendly and helpful and available on the phone and text.

A great little B&B Hotel perfectly located in the heart of Brockenhurst. Everything about our stay was wonderful, including the staff, the accommodation, the breakfast and the named car parking bays. If we’re ever in the New Forest again it would be an absolute pleasure to return. We would highly recommend.

Great staff, great food, great location!! It's a nice hotel where you can relax in the New Forest. The dining facilities are excellent, and we really enjoyed our breakfasts. They were a great start to the day!! Plenty of parking and nice grounds. The Dyson hair dryer was a nice touch of quality!!

Beaulieu is a very picturesque and busy little village well located for visiting the New Forest. The hotel was wonderful as were the staff. We stayed in the Walnut Suite which was very comfortable for our 6 night stay. Breakfast was excellent, if a little pricey. We enjoyed the Terrace restaurant too.

Excellent location and lovely apartment, perfect for exploring New Forest and Peppa Pig World. Hosts are very welcoming and thoughtful. Property is great for families, spacious and with cot, toys and high chair. Parking on driveway outside front door was very convenient. We will be back!

The boutique room exceeded our expectations, the isolated rooms with own entrance and super high vaulted ceiling and the decor made us feel in our own house rather than a hotel room. The pub serves excellent food and Brockenhurst is perfectly located to explore New Forest.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Lyndhurst in the New Forest with shops and restaurants. Hotel is peaceful and parking is easy on the street outside. Room was immaculate. Would certainly stay again.

Location was lovely, with beautiful views of the new forest and wild ponies. Hotel bar & the drift restaurant really lovely & good food. Lovely warm and welcoming hotel, especially with it being decorated for Christmas.

Beautiful location in the New Forest. Lots of scenic roads of course. The restaurant was exceptional. We invited friends for afternoon tea and it was delicious. We also dined in the restaurant - superb! Breakfasts were great.

Ideally situated hotel for walking in the New Forest. My room was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Plenty of hot water, coffee, biscuits. Friendly staff. Thank you very much!

Location of Hotel was good as it is in the centre of Brockenhurst so ideally situated for exploring the New Forest.
