This 3-star hotel is set 250 metres away from the beach at Lake Balaton. Each room has a balcony, overlooking Hotel Kentaur’s private park. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. The location is perfect, just a very short walking distance to the lake. There is a lot of parking in the property itself but also in the street just outside. The very big rooms have a balcony which is great as you have drying rack where you can dry your wet clothes after a swim. I would have loved if their would be a jacuzzi in the garden as the garden is really huge and a card or a small payment to get towels to take with you to the lake. Breakfast is really good and you have the option to sit indoors or in the beautiful garden.

Everything was great. The host was really friendly and whenever we required something, she immediately responded and provided the requirements (ie towels). The place is in a perfect and quiet location, Lake Balaton is literally 2 minutes walk away. The apartments have personal pools outside which was in direct sunshine all day - that was fabulous. Place also comes with a bbq which was a huge plus. Small shop available in like 5 minutes walk.

The hotel looked a little tired on first glance, however once inside it was very nice and clean. Staff friendly and polite. Bedroom looked virtually brand new and everything spotless. Hotel very close to both Lake Balaton and the town centre. The town centre had plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Nice relaxing few days and we will stay there again. Car parking on site for a daily small fee.

The apartment was at the 5. floor. It has one bedroom and a separated sleeping area next to the living room with double bed. These are not too big, but you can see the rising Sun from the bedroom and the sunset over the lake Balaton from the separated sleeping area. The apartment is well equipped. One parking place belongs to the apartment in the private and guarded yard. It is nicely decorated.

This Hotel is located down the street from a marina with restaurants and a beautiful walking path along the shore of Lake Balaton. The town is close and walkable. The train is close as well but we had quiet at night, so loved this place. Simply perfect!
