We booked two rooms for 4 nights, the twin room size is ok, got balcony facing the main road, but abit noisy from the motorbike sound at night, I requested to change the room facing at the back. Reception staff Joyce managed to change one room for us facing the back, no balcony but much quieter environment. Staffs are friendly, hotel restaurant breakfast was quite ok more on Indonesian food style. I enjoyed the karaok room over there. convenience to Batam city like Nagoya shopping mall.

To whom it may concerned, Frankly speaking this 5 star hotel. Personally I am truly like Mariott group hotel whenever i travel to other cities or countries like SG, Malaysia or Indonesia esp for work. This hotel is on my list. This is my very 1st time visited batam on sept 10th-11th 2023 Then i am glad that batam city also has Mariott hotel. I booked it. First time i arrived. Ms Cindy as front liner was helping me so much to early check in. Which i was so happy n thankful to her.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the location is just beside batam center and facing the sea, so you can expect strong wind which is so relaxing.. staff yuni was very friendly and nice, answered all questions promptly.. we felt very welcome.. the room was spacious.. there is a swimming pool, gym and restaurant available.. if you will like to go for breakfast, you can just go to Harris Hotel just behind the apartment complex which is so convenient a 2 minute walk..

Very clean, tidy and cosy apartment. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill and Batam Grand Mall. There is a local wet market and eateries to immerse and appreciate local live. Smart TV and great wifi in-house for Netflix and such. Fridge is available for store ice cream and cold drinks. Complimentary bottled water and instant noodles with sanitized utensils readily available. Convenient pickup/drop off by Grab or Gojek. Highly recommended!

Hotel location very good &Reasonable price. room big & clean. staff very friendly & alway smile.staff be patient explain how to use gojek & grab for transportation & food.& Attractive batam place hotel nearby harbourbay walk within 5 min.& 2 min go to Wey Wey Seafood makan.also opposite road have 24hrs.convenience store to buy something.also easy walk to beach to see sunset.

I like the location.. Hotel staff and security staff are friendly The breakfast meal not bad Just few steps to convenience store (alfamart) to buy snacks or drink Thank u to front desk two man staff working in days shift (on 22 dec 2024)( i forget their name) ans my question calmly regarding late check out. Im going to stay this hotel again when i visit batam.

the bed and their pillows..they are HUGE..and of course comfortable..wide selection of breakfast spread to satisfy your taste buds..friendly staff greeting you with a smile makes you feel welcome..nearby to popular malls, eateries and a 24 hours indomart just across the hotel..need a pleasant hotel in Batam.? Appreciate the friendly staff, the Security for assisting us with our Grab booking,. We are grateful for we picked Batam City Hotel near to Shopping Center and A2 Foodcourt all walking distance. Breakfast was good and the staff were courteous. Overall we were happy with what we paid. Will surely come back soon.

Their hospitality! Feel warm on how the staff treat guest. Was a bit unwell back days during the stay. They offer a cup of ginger drink to comfort me. 2 days in a row. I Felt touched, Thanks Mbak Esa and Esti (i forgot the name). definitely will comeback here when i visit Batam in the future.

Among the best hotels in Batam. Spacious and clean rooms. Strategic location, full of fun and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores, money changers, spa treatments, souvenir shops, entertainment centers, karaoke, supermarkets, shopping malls and others.

It was wonderful staying at Ando Hotel! The place was clean and cozy, with affordable rates and modern decor. I loved the aesthetic vibes! The location is strategic, making it a great place to stay in Batam. I liked everything about it and will definitely come back!

The place it safe. As Indonesia is a Muslim country i like the privacy stay in this apartment where I got freedom to receive visit. There is a beautiful view of the Batam Downtown There a smart TV with only YouTube for music Air conditioning works perfectly

Very accessible to the Grand Batam mall. Easy to find food nearby. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The room i booked was small but theres a space for our muslim prayer. Water pressure is good, AC was cold. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the toilet.

To me, as usual this is my 11th time having this hotel as my top hotel over at batam. Family & child friendly. As for food wise I'm not very picky, I can just got across the road for the food or walk Abit further for diffrent variety of food.

Ive always booked this hotel everytime i come to batam. Mainly because breakfast buffet always nvr disappoint. But this time i feel that they shld really revamp the whole hotel as furniture all look old n buffet wasnt that great or much of a spread

Clean,nice ambience of sea view...brkfast was at rooftop SkyView at #11,probably one of the BEST hotel in BaTaM,worth the stay...good value for $$$,5 STAR rate...thnx u Hotel Santika Group Of Hotel,u made my trip&stay EXCEPTIONAL🫰🏽🫶🏽🫰🏽❤️🤓

Thank you to staff Mr Ronny who fetch us from batam center ferry terminal to hotel and offered to send us to Nagoya mall after we done the check-in. Friendly reception staff. Room is clean and there's extra pillow in the wardrobe.

the staff it very nice... the place is ok.. this is the 1st time go ( for10yr) out in singapore and go holiday in batam Indonesia... I fell happy and relax.. the hotel is nice but have to do a lot of maintenance..

Location next to Grand Batam Mall..and BCS mall.. also lots of food outlets nearby ..Hotel next to main road.. easy to get taxi or grab car.. And friendly staff...Hotel response to calls immediate..

The front staff is very friendly. She recommended Connecting room since I have 4pax. It's a convenience area. Walk to Hotel about 5mins from Batam Center Ferry. And I will come back here again..
