Rafael and staff covered every detail to ensure our stay was a great one. They were so warm and welcoming and very helpful in providing useful tips and information about our stay. We had to catch a very early ferry on our last day, and not only did staff drive us down to the ferry, but they even packed us breakfast! Fantastic view from the room, their breakfasts were exceptional, and the property was lovely. We will be back!

The impressive buffet breakfast is just the thing after a luxurious sleep in a super comfortable bed! The toiletries smell like the divine scent that floats around Capri island. One of the only hotels to have an English language channel on TV. The big pool is excellent and adds to the enjoyment of your stay. The Anacapri area of the island has a real local feel and is very chill. It's a nice contrast to the more hectic Capri centre. This hotel is an oasis!

It is a family owned, small boutique type hotel. Staff were very nice, and accommodating. Location is very close to historic center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, taxis and bus stop. The owner booked a private boat tour for us, to go around the whole Capri island, and it was the best boat tour we have had in Amalfi Coast! Giuseppe was the captain, and he was absolutely fantastic! 👏👏👏

Gatto Bianco is right in the middle of the Capri town area. Only a couple minutes away from the funicular from the Harbor. Even though it was just off the busy tourist traffic the room was very quiet. The bed and mattress was perfect and I had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was everything, even scrambled eggs in a lovely courtyard with a waitress to help. Their was a frig in the room fully stocked, including water.

The view was spectacular and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in an amazing spot on the island and isn’t right in town center. They have a free shuttle that takes you to town every 15 min which is amazing because taxis charge around €20-€25 per ride. In the summer it is conveniently located near a couple of beach clubs as well.

hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back
