Breakfast is almost always included in Italy and it was fine. The lady who did everything was quite nice and she let us park the car in their driveway. This was merely a hotel used as a stopover, not because of its location in the town, but its distance to our next destination. We were quite familiar with this part of the Ligurian Coast which includes Portofino, so we were not interested in anything but a late dinner and an early breakfast before departing. That is the only reason one needs a hotel of this quality.

This lovely Ligurian accommodation is in a perfect location with breathtaking views towards Portofino. There is a village shop/bar and nearby Chiavari is delightful. The friendly and helpful hostess Sylvia does everything she can to make your holiday really enjoyable. The well-equipped apartment is super clean and comfortable and has lots of welcoming items and treats. There are interesting walks and hiking trails nearby. It was good to meet Alberto, Sylvia's father! This property is highly recommended.

Location was right on the harbour/beach front, . Great for walks in the evening. Economical apartment in a more traditional Italian town ideal for families with easy access to other towns along the Liguria coast. The train station was just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, regular trains to visit Cinque Terra, Pisa, Genoa, Portofino etc. Apartment was well equipped for cooking and supermarkets were close by with plenty of restaurants at reasonable prices. Beds were comfy and bathroom was modern.

The hospitality of Silvia and her family was second to none, they couldn't have done enough or thought of enough for us. The apartment was clean, had everything you needed and the view was to die for. The gardens were so very lush and Italian perfection we enjoyed many a breakfast and dinner overlooking the Ligurian sea. You can book breakfast in the adjoining b&b if you wish also. The parking was great too. Would definitely recommend this for an authentic Italian experience.

Excellent location, amazing views of the sea & castle from the balcony, large apartment, very clean & comfortable. The lift was handy for our cases. Communication was excellent from the lovely Grace meeting us with the keys & showing us the apartment, she was very helpful & friendly. We visited the beautiful Portafino & Santa Margarita by ferry from just near our apartment. Took the cable car to the monastery 2000ft in the Ligurian Alps, amazing views.

We stayed at Pesce Palla in August 2023 and it was the best choice we could have made. Filippo was very helpful with checkin, parking, everything! The room was very clean, comfy, with a but of seaview. An additional bonus - there is a common area with coffee maker, kettle and dishes, very handy if you want to make breakfast. The location was spot on, right at the beach and close to the oldtown. If we ever go to Liguria again, we will return here for sure!

Apartment is in good location, close to the centre, and walkable distance to the beach, very close you have everything, restoraunt, cafe, market, meat store....Train station is not far, as well as bus station which we frequently used for travelling to Ligurian riviera beaches which are just great, as is the city of Savona! Flat is spacious, well equiped, and very, very nice, hosts are just great, friendly and very helpful!

We liked the host Sergio, we liked the clean and cosy apartment on 2nd floor, friendly neighbours, the parking place which was always empty for our car. We liked Savona city. Sightseeing with a recommendations provided by Sergio was an easy thing to do:) We visited Capella Sistina, Pinacoteca Civica, tasted Vino e farinata and a lot of seafood. Just we had nice vacation in Ligurian cost of Italy. Wish to come back..

Absolutely everything. The rooms are immaculate; furnishings and fixtures are new. That view from the web pictures is 100% accurate. The staff is personal and helpful in every way. After a stay here, the only place to go is home because everywhere else will seem more crowded and less enchanting. Vernazza is far and away the best mix of shops & restaurants relaxation on the Ligurian coast.

A very essential, 5 room property but everything works properly if you are not spending too much time at the hotel. Very easy access, not far away (less than 7 minutes) from the best car wash in the whole Liguria. Therefore I did not use the parking facilities of the hotel. The room is of a good size, silent, good however small bathroom, good shower.

I think, there is a big problem with hotels and apartments in Italy. But I was really surprised with this hotel. I expected much worse considering I am in Liguria :) - Great breakfast with different range of food - New furniture and everything stylish - Friendly professional staff Thank you for such a beautiful stay, we would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! We loved the peaceful nature location- with the sounds only of birds and crickets! It was a spacious apartment with all our needs thoughtfully provided- so homey with a view to the olive trees and hills- all the way to the Ligurian sea! I never wanted to leave❤️ Franca was such a wonderful host- so thorough and kind!🙏❤️

Great view from a room, great location, beach throught the tunnel is 2 minutes from the hotel on the walk. You can go to the best beaches in Liguria on foot, by bus, by car (it is possible to find a parking from Monday to Friday). The restaurant where we had a breakfest is on the terrace with the gorgeus view on the see. Love it.

The owners gave me a brochure about things to do in the area. This was great and made my stay unforgettable impressive. The location of the apartment was so central that I could walk to most of the attractions, Grotte di Borgio Verezzi, Pietra Liguria old town and Loano. Also the weekly market was just down the street.

Fabulous place to stay and base there to go around Liguria we stayed five days and it was fabulous Great buffet and fabulous breakfast Great personnel specially the Hotel manager Mister Andrea great customer service and always available to help and assist Fabulous stay fully recommended

The property was clean and exactly as described. Paola was great! She was so welcoming and gave us a bunch of restaurant recommendations. The apartment is in a great location, especially if you are exploring the whole Ligurian coast! Highly recommend this place!!

Great place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre and best beaches of Liguria. This is not touristic area so the prices are low and safety is high. Apartment good for 4 people, it has all necessary for long stay (we have been living there almost one month).

Nice location, a little uphills but close enough to city center and beaches. The family room (in the dependance just opposite the main hotel) was clean and comfortable, perhaps not very large but space in Liguria is always at a premium. Good swimming pool.

Great view from the top of Ligurian sea.The apartment is very clean and they have everything you need.Danieli is a very nice host and helpful.They also have private parking for car witch was very important for us.Thank you for everything Ozana and Daniel!

Luca, Evelina and Paulo were very accommodating and nice with us. The apartment has a great view of the sea and mountains. it is spacious and clean. You're immerse in the rural charm of Liguria within the olive trees and the farmed-animals around.
