We felt like kids on Christmas morning. But every morning. The breakfast was full of healthy and delicious options. The spa facilities were a dream. The linner was a surprise, a buffet with various dishes that took place between 4-7 pm. Even though we explored Val Gardena and were mesmerized by its natural beauty, we looked forward to go back to our hotel to relax and recharge for the next hiking day, while enjoying the panorama from our infinity pool, sauna, or room. We loved everything about our stay here and we'll definitely come back.

Fabulous stay at Garni Sunela. Thank you Renate! This hotel is really well positioned in Selva with easy access to the town and then a whole host of activities within touching distance (with or without a car). Rooms are spacious and nice without major frills. Breakfast was really lovely and Renate (and family!) are on hand to help throughout with tips and help. This has a really lovely family feel and we did so much in the four days we stayed. This is a great base for anyone looking to explore the Val Gardena.

The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei. The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas. The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes. There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room.

Hotel is super-close to Saaslong chairlifts + to the bus stop for reaching other lifts in Val Gardena region. Centrally located (you can see chairlifts and the mountain range from the windows) - yet quiet and well maintained building. Very nice walkable area around the location + 2 different grocery shops in close proximity. Rooms are spacious and quiet, staff is super-responsive, kitchen is fully equipped, ski room is handy and spacious (with dryers for ski boots). Top spot to visit Val Gardena resort!

We have been to many places in the Dolomites, but ArtHotel Anterleghes was the best accommodation we stayed in during our holidays. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Erik, who put our experience on another level. The rooms are very clean, the wellness is perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was perfect and the "afternoon cakes" were good after a day's sport I recommend ArtHotel Anterleghes to everyone who is looking for accommodation in the Val Gardena area

Hotel is simply great. Looks like it was opened yesterday, extremly clean, nicely furnished with unbeliveable attention to detail. Staff is unusually polite and accomodating, breakfast is plentiful with high quality and localy procured food. Hotel itself is located in the centre of the Selva di val Gardena, parking is large and nice, wifi is maybe not the fastest one but works nicely and stable. One of the very best hotel experiences in a long, long time.

Fantastic little mountain hotel, truly ski-in/ski-out (if you are staying on Alpe di Suise side and skiing back on Pilar, on Seceda side, walking involved, but free shuttle is offered for return). Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, ski gear storage, sufficient guest parking. Great communication with the hosts, and very helpful with late checkin and anything else we needed. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Val Gardena area.

This hotel is just so beautiful, all the details really thought through, the spa and terrace are so nice with amazing views to the mountains. Such a great place to rest after a full day of hiking. Staff is incredibly polite and helpful, the breakfast has a great selection of food plus you can order hot dishes from a menu all included. They have a garage and location is perfect to access both val gardena or the mountains across passo gardena.

a very nice family owned hotel. The family manges the hotel themselves and they are very friendly and helpful. Valentina gave us a lot of useful hints and it is just fun to talk with her about Val Gardena and other things. The hotel is located at the very end of Selva, so they say that in winter you can ski back to the hotel. The breakfast is good, the room was comfy, the common areas are also to the comfort. I hope to come back.

The hotel has apartment style rooms for four people, which is a perfect fit for our party. The room is well equipped with a two stoves kitchen, dish washer, a full-size refrigerator and a round dining table. The hotel is located in the center of Selva di Val Gardena and has easy access to bus stops, a supermarket and Ciampinio gandola station. The hotel has a four-floors of parking garage as well.

Hotel clean and nice. I would say classic-boutique style. Lots of small nice unique things around the hotel. It looks better than in the photos! Excellent breakfast made to every guest personally. Chef Mateo makes eggs and cold meet / cheese platter! Please ask him to make homestyle Italian dinner, this will be one of the best experience you will find in Val Gardena. I can promise that!

Cesa Valeria is a spacious, well equipped apartment in a lovely alpine house. It is close to restaurants, shops and the cable cars providing access to wonderful views of the Dolomites. Monika and Lucas were friendly, helpful hosts, and we were provided with a Val Gardena Mobil Card that allowed free use of the public bus system that links the villages of Val Gardena.

We were very happy with the apartment. Spacious and clean. Nice view, even from our unit in the basement/main floor. Great location, just a short walk from the main town area, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and all three gondolas in Ortisei. The owner was very helpful in providing directions for arrival, and Val Gardena bus passes upon request.

This is a stylish, well-equipped and comfortable apartment in Selva di Val Gardena. Shopping option / restaurants are in walking distance. We could park the car in front of the apartment, and the neighbors even helped to find a parking place when the site was full. There was good wifi. Communication with the host was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A super cozy, family run hotel centrally located in Val Gardena. The owners made us feel so welcome, and to eat breakfast here was like being a guest in somebody's home:) Traditional Alps architecture and very homely decorated. Nice room with a good size balcony overlooking the valley and the town below. We would definitely come back to this place:)

Our apartment was clean, well equiped and very spacious with lovely views down into the valley. We thought that Selva di Val Gardena was a much more attractive town than Cortina d’ampezzo and will stay there and at Apartments Sunela in future visits to the Dolomites. The underground parking garage was also a plus as it snowed during our stay

The apartment has its own access via elevator, and staircase. It is spacious and well equipped. The host was gracious and very attentive. We enjoyed our time in Val Gardena staying here. Highly recommended. Despar supermarket is few minutes away, and you get a bus card for your stay that covers your transportation around the areas nearby.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. The hotel had very clean rooms and met the description provided. We also received an room upgrade which had a very decent view of the town and mountains. A free coffee/drinks machine and snacks are also provided in the lobby. Location is great for hiking and exploring Val Gardena.

Hotel Villa Emilia is everything you need for a perfect stay in Val Gardena. It is less than a 10 minute walk from all the lifts and town, the hosts are friendly, the hotel is incredibly clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I would recommend anyone to come back here and stay! We loved it!

Our second return to 1966. We are in love with this place. The people running the hotel and all the staff are just so friendly, attentive and professional. The facilities are amazing and the food at breakfast and dinner at the restaurant of great quality. The best choice in Val Gardena.
