I like very clean and large room for reasonable price. Very comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful stuff. Many thanks to all the stuff for help and care. It was my 1st time in Turkey, and I spent 12 nights. I walked 20 min daily for my dental appointments and was enjoying Bursa and the weather. In the cafeteria I appreciate that some people spoke English and breakfast was very good for me. Big varieity of additional food to buy for lunch or dinner. Definitely I would like to stay in this hotel in the future.

The customer service was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful from unloading our luggage to loading it. Additionally, the room’s view and cleanliness was spotless and breath taking. What we loved the most was the thermal pool and turkish bath we used it everyday on our stay to relax before we slept. The room’s bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very modern and sleek. Everyday the room’s were cleaned to a very high standard which was great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in Bursa

The Hotel seems to have been renovated recently and is looking quite modern. It is located centrally in the old part of Bursa within walking distance of the Grand Mosque, Bazaar and Citadel. The Breakfast spread was good. There are also lively restaurants outside where you can grab a good meal. There is a Taxi place at the end of the street where you can easily get Taxis to anywhere you want. Better still they are all metered taxis and the taxi drivers there do not rip you off like they do in Istanbul.

What a superb and characterful place to stay in lovely Bursa. A former book shop, the hotel twists around a central stair case with a great garden or breakfast and. drinks. Lunch and dinner is also rather wonderful and out of the ordinary. We took a room with its own hammam and of course it wasn't cheap, but you can't put a price on bliss. And the host and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Just brow is the great mosque and the covered bazaar. What fun!!

Bursa is a big and bustling city but the Green Prusa was easy to find and we were able to pull our car up in front then a porter took it always and parked it for us. The hotel is very nice and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the immediate area doesn’t have any attractions it was only a 150 lira cab drive to the old city which has many sites worth seeing and it was an easy 20 minute downhill walk to get back.

To my surprise, I was given a whole apartment with 6 beds, kitchen/dining room and terrace. It was a pity to remain just one night! General cleanliness acceptable, big bathroom, the best shower I personally found in Turkey. At the reception you can count on a couple of people that speak good English and that's pretty rare in Bursa. Their kindness and disposability were really great! I would came back for sure.

Swissotel Uludag Bursa is a brand-new hotel complex nestled in the heart of Uludag National Park, surrounded by centuries-old pine forests. It was a lovely retreat from busy city life, offering a chance to connect with nature and enjoy fresh mountain air. The room was very comfortable, as expected from the Swissotel chain, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful and kind, adding to the experience.

Very nice staff, I mean super nice! & convenient location right off Kent Meydani Tram Station on line T2. Lots of eateries & shopping nearby. An older building with basic rooms. kind of nostalgic, retrofitted, but clean rooms (I test rooms by checking for dust). Though the hotel feel isn't fresh & furnishings are old, the rooms are actually very clean. It was a decent 2 nights stay in Bursa.

Front office Saleh, Abdulla & rest of the team were excellent. They made our first visit to Bursa so easy.. Thank you guys. Location was superb.. 3 minutes walk to Grand Bazar, 8 minutes walk to Grand Mosque. The neighbourhood was full of restaurants, cafes, Mini Marts & all your needs. Parking & Valet parking available free of cost. Clean apartment with excellent daily housekeeping.

Very spacy and stylish room. Up to the high standards of the Ibis network but for a price comparable to other properties in the area. There were a lot of parking spots on the hotel's own parking. Location is outside of the historic center - just what we needed on our way through Bursa, so as not to drive through the intensive traffic in the downtown.

It has a very comfortable room. The breakfast was great. It is at the center of Bursa. I want to give my special thanks to Mr. Halit Tatari, because after I had a minor accident with my car at Hotel parking at my last day at the Hotel, he did everything he could to help me so that my positive opinion for this marvellous Hotel would continue.

Very clean, new looking hotel. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. We could park our car right in front of the hotel (no carpark, but they save some space for hotel guests). Breakfast was great with a beautiful view from the terrace. We were so happy with our stay that we returned a week later when we were passing through Bursa again.

It was my first time visiting Bursa.. the location is more than perfect, near everything, you can reach many attractions by walking about 10 to 15 minutes. breakfast was good. room was clean. room view was very nice.. the staff was very helpful. Celik Palace was a memorable experience, I would definitely stay here again when I visit Bursa. Everything was perfect. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious. The hotel offers a great breakfast with wide variety of food items. They also have an excellent spa facility. I totally recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is just perfect in bursa, the rooms are clean and comfy as they have a variety of choices for the spaces and types. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful and available 24 hrs whenever you call and need something they can respond in many languages Turkish, English and Arabic.

The hotel is in a very good location and has underground parking. The breakfast is very good. Our room was in the second roof. It was very clean. Very excited for this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to find a hotel like this in Turkey. Total worth every night spending in Bursa. 10/10

Everything was perfect. The staff (Pinar and Alpay) were very helpful and very communicative. They gave us lots of useful information. The parking in the garage was also very much appreciated. We really had a great stay in Bursa and at the Bursa Ipekyolu Hotel. Thank you very much!!

The location is perfect! it is just in several minutes from bus station "Osmangazi-Tophane" (Bursa centre) and Ulu Camii (Big mosque). Also, the personnel is very friendly, willing to help and answer all questions, i was very happy to meet them!

Modern and nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Quite for a Hotel in a City in Turkey: Little traffic Noise, good acoustic Isolation. Near to Bursa and Easy Access from Highway. Staff very friendly and efficient. Many cheap and Good Restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the heart of Bursa. Yusuf was very helpful and always ready to provide support when needed. The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel always saved a parking spot for us right in front of the hotel. We loved it.
